The Melbourne Tool Company Small Router Plane rides the surface and levels the bottom below it to exact depth, the hand-tool answer to work most people think needs a machine. Two sizes: the small with a 1/4-in blade for hinge mortises and inlay, the large with a 1/2-in blade for dadoes and wide trenches.
