The Flexcut Sloyd Hook Knife, their radius knife, is the hollowing specialist for spoons and bowls. It comes in varying radii with flat tip and spear tip options, and the double-sided blade is ground ambidextrous, so the kit fits the carver rather than the reverse. Four blades: double or single bevel hook knives for spoons, and spear-point knives in a small or variable radius for hollowing and detail.
