Tormek's knife jigs open up sharpening for every blade in the drawer. The KJ-45 Centering Knife Jig is the workhorse: it self-centers the blade so you get symmetrical bevels at the same angle on both sides regardless of thickness or taper, without resetting, on everything from paring knives to hunting knives. The SVM-140 Long Knife Jig adds the support long, flexible blades need, and the SVM-00 Small Knife Holder handles the pocket, whittling, and carving knives too short for the standard jig.
