Two Cherries, the Kirschen mark, has been hand-forging chisels in Germany for generations, and this beveled skew pair shows why the brand endures. You get both a right and left-handed skew, 26 mm wide with 4-1/4-in blades, so you can slice into a corner from whichever direction the grain and the joint demand.

Skews shear rather than chop, and having the pair means never fighting the wrong-handed tool into a corner. Hone them fine and they leave surfaces straight off the edge.
