The Z-Saw Cross-Fine 225 is a Japanese kataba crosscut saw, the finest single-edged saw in Z-Saw's line, for smooth, tear-free cuts across the grain in joinery and precise work.

The 225 mm blade is 0.40 mm thick with a 1.2 mm tooth pitch (21 TPI) and minimal set, leaving a 0.56 mm kerf. With no spine, it cuts as deep as the work needs. The teeth are impulse hardened, and the paulownia handle keeps the saw light, about 100 g.

The replacement blade is stocked here.
