The MHG Corner Chisel 90° is the ideal tool for working in hard-to-reach areas.
It is perfect for cleanly cutting out inside corners and mortise holes, whether for pre-processing or finishing in manually crafted wood joints. Even after milling or drilling, the chisel ensures precise and even work at a right angle. It has been designed with a precisely milled 90° blade, featuring a cutting width of 12.7 × 12.7 mm (1/2“).
The blade is made of high-quality chrome vanadium steel (CV steel) and provides high cutting performance with a hardness of 61 HRC over the entire useful length.
The ergonomically shaped handle made of oiled ash wood does not require a top ferrule, as the chisel is predominantly guided by hand or with light pressure from the palm. However, it is robust enough to withstand light mallet blows.
