This is the basic dozuki we recommend for fine joinery. The metal spine keeps the ultra-thin 180 mm blade dead straight, and the fine teeth track a knife line through dovetails and tenon shoulders with a smoothness that makes precision feel easy. It even handles dry bamboo. Replacement blade S-297 is stocked here.
